Upgrade ktp-common-internals & spacebar

Administrator requested to merge ktp-common-internals into master

Includes a patch that makes SpaceBar the preferred text channel handler

Test plan:

  • Launch spacebar
  • Receive SMS
  • Kill spacebar
  • Relaunch spacebar
  • Spacebar doesn't crash
  • Optionally (not sure if that's the case): messages that were received in the last session (unfortunately still not the case)

WIP because it's not tested yet Works fine, received messages get displayed at runtime
