temp/qemu: Update to upstream version 3.0.0-r0

I discovered that I couldn't build qemu because python wasn't in makedepends. This was already fixed in alpine's aports, so I just updated temp/qemu to the latest upstream version.

I didn't test it thoroughly, but it builds now and I can run plasma-mobile on qemu-amd64.
