Ensure every UI has dbus launched and XDG_RUNTIME_DIR set

Those are prerequisite for Anbox (see #327 (closed)) and probably for a lot of GUI applications.

XDG_RUNTIME_DIR: the best is to add elogind to the dependency list. pam_elogind will handle it properly

dbus: export $(dbus-launch) or dbus-run-session $compositor

All Wayland environments already have XDG_RUNTIME_DIR set as it's basically a requirement.

Keyboard input doesn't work in phosh, by the way. Numbers work, letters don't give any input, Enter is ",", and Backspace is ".". Maybe keyboard layout needs to be set? Not sure.

Hi! SXMO sets up $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (https://git.sr.ht/~mil/sxmo-utils/tree/master/item/scripts/core/sxmo_xinit.sh#L19) and launches dbus (https://git.sr.ht/~mil/sxmo-utils/tree/master/item/scripts/core/sxmo_xinit.sh#L114).

I tried running anbox-launch via ssh and I do indeed get:

pine64-pinephone:~$ anbox-launch
[ 2021-06-02 03:07:01] [daemon.cpp:61@Run] Failed to connect to DBus

But launching anbox via the gui on the phone works.

@ollieparanoid I dont think sxmo requires elogind and we can safely close this issue for sxmo. Please let me know if I am mistaken.
