firmware/firmware-pi-bluetooth: various fixes (#1544)

* add missing dependencies bluez (which provide bluetooth)
* update rpi bluetooth firmware to lateset
* fix install openrc init name (since the package rename to
  firmware-pi-bluetooth, so the previous $pkgname need to change to
  pi-bluetooth)
