grouper: move to grate (upstream close) kernel

• create DTS for grouper/tilapia
• create kernel .config
• create APKBUILD for it MR
• change default grouper kernel to it
• wait until patches gets upstreamed

Unable to use APKBUILD since issue with booting BOOT.IMG. Kernel boot realiably, when sent to bootloader, but when it's part of BOOT.IMG, kernel refuses to boot.

• tried decrease kernel size
• change compression
• create boot.img by hand
• change ADDRs

Only way how to run it is by using initramfs embedded into kernel and booting that kernel.

EDIT: when kernel has size under certain limit (approx 4MB) it works correctly. Moved all not-boot required functionality to modules.
