Automatically handle setting mirror for systemd

We currently require manually adding the systemd binary repo to your pmbootstrap.cfg to use systemd. We should instead set the mirror automatically if we're building for systemd.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
