[Samsung-kminilte] Fix orange screen in FDE

Fix your MR until it passes all gitlab CI tests.

This does not pass the upstream-compat test but I assume that's normal since this device has not been mainlined.

Fixes orange screen on FDE on samsung-kminilte by adding fb.modes, which is generated from fbset with a simple change of number "32" to "16" as suggested in the documentation.

EDIT: It seems to pass upstream-compat in here but not on my fork, weird.
