pmbootstrap aportgen {binutils,gcc}: support channels (aportgen channels: part 3)

Parts 2-5 do not depend on each other. Total parts: 5

The binutils-* and gcc-* APKBUILDs are generated by copying the APKBUILDs from Alpine and modifying them. Clone Alpine's aports without --shallow from now on, and checkout the appropriate branch before copying the APKBUILD. More details in the commit messages.
