aportgen linux: add gcc10 extern YYLOC patch

Administrator requested to merge add-patch into master

Most downstream kernels need this patch to build with GCC-10, so add it by default in the linux aport generator.

How to test:

  • Generate a new device aport in pmbootstrap init
  • The kernel should have the patch added, with a correct symlink
