pmb.aportgen.binutils: adjust to subpackages in if

Administrator requested to merge binutils-fix into master

Fixes #2023 (closed).

The first patch updates the testdata file, the other patch fixes the bug. Look at them independently to see how the test case shows that it is now fixed.
