argcomplete improvements

Administrator requested to merge argcomplete into master

Make it work with ancient argcomplete 1.8 shipped with debian bullseye, and get rid of these annoying messages:

PROTIP: You can simply do 'pmbootstrap kconfig check postmarketos-allwinner'

Instead support both "postmarketos-allwinner" and "linux-postmarketos-allwinner" formats for tab completion.
