gitignore: Ignore KDevelop files and folder

Administrator requested to merge kdevelop into master

KDE's IDE KDevelop creates the .kdev4/ folder, *.kate files, and various *.kdev4 files throughout the project directory. This commit ignores these as we do not want them accidentally committed.
