config: always prompt for systemd and switch to pmaports branch

Administrator requested to merge caleb/init-reduce-branch-switch into master

Always ask about systemd and switch to the systemd branch if its set. Print a warning that support is experimental.

This should fix the case where pmaports gets switched to the non-systemd branch during pmbootstrap init when it was previously on systemd.
