Added all missing makedepends, and removed some optional dependencies

This time I went through and zapped the chroot each time before building a package. All makedepends should be in place. If for some reason a missing one is found still, please shoot me. No compilations should fail anymore.

I've also removed some packages which were thought to be required, but ended up being optional.
