Add samsung-maguro

It boots and we can SSH in. Nothing else tested yet, but I think is is a good starting point, where it's now also easier for other to work on.

Note the additional fix in postmarket-base where the tty configuration broke SSH on maguro. Maguro doesn't have the tty2 that inittab statically tries to configure, this leads to /bin/ash: can't access tty; job control turned off, which means the shell is really awkward to use, no arrow buttons, no tab completition etc. Basically you have a shell on netcat.

I hope this doesn't break other devices, but it shouldn't. Unfortunately that is hard to test for me since I only have this one device.
