[samsung-i9100] add wifi firmware

Adding firmware files for samsung-i9100 to make wifi work.

But I did not test it (sorry, I know it is guide lines) - I manually placed files to /system/etc/wifi but the code uses /lib/firmware/postmarketos.

I need to start somehow - no problem if you reject this with feedback how to make it better, thanks.
