Reduce kernel size & remove touchscreen calibration

Administrator requested to merge device/htc-bravo into master

Removed some kernel components and/or configured as module where possible in order to reduce the size.

The boot partition size on the device is 3 145 728. The generated boot.img size is now 3 026 944.

Now pmbootstrap flasher flash_kernel works 👍

ps: also removed unnecessary touchscreen calibration data
