Set swclock to use recent date/time on first boot

Administrator requested to merge feature/swclock_first_boot_datetime into master

swclock sets system clock based on mtime of /run/openrc/shutdowntime. By touching it during the install, the system will boot up with a 'believable' date/time on the first boot (based on time of host system at installation time)
