Run recovery installer in chroot
Had to disable SC1008, because of https://github.com/koalaman/shellcheck/issues/977.
The dirty reflash feature introduced in #786 doesn't work with the current version, but I think this fix is more important, I can fix that later.
Tested on sony-amami with and without FDE.
