pmos_install: support single-flavor kernel/initfs

Administrator requested to merge single_flavor into master

the dash in the filename will be part of the variable now, which allows using vmlinuz, boot.img, and initramfs files that do not have the 'flavor' in the filename. Also see: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/-/merge_requests/2093
