apparmor.d/tunables/home: rm home.d include

Administrator requested to merge fix-missing-tunables-dir into master 
Fix for:
  /etc/apparmor.d/tunables/home at line 25: Could not open 'tunables/home.d'

In postmarketOS, we only support having /home as home dir. Let's remove
this for now, we can bring it back later if needed (e.g. if it makes
sense in Alpine).
