Draft: Allow nested hook directories

Administrator requested to merge recurse-hooks into master

For https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/3998 I wanted to avoid adding more paths to mkinitfs source code, but im not 100% that this is the way to go...

Also, this code is broken and I don't know Go well enough to understand it, I end up with a file called "*":
