Add the Kyro 4xx gold core and correct 5xx silver to 4xx

Matches /proc/cpuinfo output on Xiaomi Mi 9T (davinci, SM7150-AA).

I have no clue if QCOM actually uses the same IDs for Kryo 4xx and 5xx, but I think this is the safe side of naming if util-linux has these entries as well.
