Draft: Lomiri Support

Create a new settings file to change some gsettings values not exposed to the user in Lomiri.

Work still needs to be done to

• Pass an unsigned integer to gsettings
• Symlink files without specifying the symlink filename
• Select files of only a specific type
• Make certain gsettings work with the (soon-to-be) Alpine builds of Lomiri or remove them as options
• Add other options not exposed to gsettings but previously determined by Halium
• Move settings around to make them more intuitive
