Rename Custom sound profile to avoid duplicate entry

Administrator requested to merge fix-custom-profile into master

Custom Profile created by gnome-control-center is named Custom instead of Custom Profile. Currently, a duplicate entry Custom Profile is create referring to the same theme. This commit fixes this issue.
