Link back to mastodon, so the link shows up as verified on our profile: https://fosstodon.org/@postmarketOS

Don't add a visible link because we already link to Mastodon from one place on the website. This is enough IMHO, no need to add tons of social media buttons etc. on the bottom of every page.
