blog: 2024-05 update

It's missing an introduction and a conclusion, but it's very clear I'm not the best at it. So leaving it to somebody to work on it. Tentatively assigned to Ollie, but fine if it's somebody else (or if you don't want to do it and push it back to me :P)

Also, anybody, feel free to force-push to add information or fix small things, this can be a good experience for collaborative writing
