template: make redirect page support dark mode

Setting color-scheme indicates that the page supports the listed colour schemes with preference in that order.

This makes the browser load the default stylesheet for the user agent chosen one, selected from the specified colour schemes.

This will ensure a sensible default dark background, light foreground colour, and link text colours are used, instead of the usual default of black on white with blue links.
