config/wiki: update troubleshooting-related redirects

knuxify requested to merge knuxify/postmarketos.org:troubleshooting-move into master

As part of wiki#133, the Troubleshooting page was split up into two separate pages, and some pages were renamed in the process. Update the redirects to point to the new locations.
