index.html: replace mention of Hildon with Phosh

Hildon was dropped from postmarketOS in pmaports!1126, so let's replace mention of it with something else. Since Phosh is a popular choice amongst various postmarketOS users and it was created with mobile devices in mind, I replaced mention of Hildon with this project instead.
