Fix #8: Update startpage (make the security section sound less positive, other edits)

It could use more links, and the wording could still be improved I think, but that is a work-in-progress draft. Thoughts?

EDIT: pasting this or a screenshot of it in the IRC would also be a good idea, if someone wants to do it. So we have more opinions. I could also do this myself later 👍 EDIT: Oh, I mixed tabs and spaces. Will correct that in the next push :)
