tinydm-run-session: set and export XDG_RUNTIME_DIR

Administrator requested to merge add_xdg_runtime into master

It is needed for start sway and probably other dekstops.

I noticed on IRC that some users have problems to run sway without elogind with tinydm. After experimenting it myself I think that this was the problem.
