Make TTQ behave better in scripts

Administrator requested to merge use-stderr into master

A few different things to allow me to integrate TTQ into my workflow.

  • Logging status info to stderr
  • Including some template text
  • Allowing checkboxes to be used instead of bullet points
  • A wrapper script for using with git push-options
