Clear cmmunication what armv7 and armhf means for pmOS/Alpine

During a conversation in the porting channel it became clear that it is not easy to understand what

• armv7
• armhf

actually mean.

Unfortunately Alpines wiki also does not have an explanation we could reference to.

It seems that other distributions divide the 32-bit arm world by armel and armhf. with the latter being what we call armv7.

For the outsider it might be strange to learn that armhf is depreciated.

The porting guide and our explanations should be improved to make this clear to the outsider

yeah we def need to know what instruction the cpu need to be suported for it to be consider as armhf or armv7.I was having some headache bc of that.apparently some package on armv7 required neon (some package dont requite neon like the core package) (on arch arm the whole system require neon) but i dont think that has clearly mentioned in anywhere

ah btw some armv7 device in pmos dont have neon.
