Add default icon theme, set pmOS wallpaper and add battery icon in top panel

Administrator requested to merge drebrez:master into master

Changes:

  • Set the postmarketOS wallpaper as default (provided by postmarketos-artwork-wallpapers package)
  • Set the Faenza icon theme as default (as suggested in Alpine XFCE Setup wiki page)
  • Panel configuration:
    • Set top panel always visible (windows top bar will not be hided by the panel anymore)
    • Add the battery icon (color bar with percentage) beside the clock (provided by xfce4-battery-plugin package)
    • Set correct applications in bottom panel
    • Add again the home folder icon removed in #2, leaving the value empty it defaults to the logged-in user folder
