Various improvements
This MR contains various improvements:
- Updates the xfwm4 config with the new settings, changes to 2 workspaces, switch
vblank_modetoxpresentto fix the blackscreen issue - Add the pulseaudio plugin with a gtk css config to reduce the icon size
- Replace the menu with the whiskermenu (more touchfriendly) and it's default config with the icon changed to postmarketOS logo
- Add a config to enable the screensaved and disable the lockscreen

Yes, just checkout https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/merge_requests/727, the last commit pulls the changes of this MR (will change to a tagged version later)
