Add postmarketOS wallpaper as default in every UI

Current status:

• Hildon (removed from our repos)
• i3wm (only N900 have it)
• LuneUI (removed from our repos)
• Matchbox (removed from our repos)
• Mate (https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/merge_requests/1452)
• Phosh (!503 (merged))
• Plasma Mobile (https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/merge_requests/1464)
• Shelli (not needed, maybe an ascii logo before the login prompt?)
• Sway (!374 (merged))
• Weston (https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/merge_requests/1466)
• Xfce4

For weston it's easy, just add a section in the weston.ini, will create the PR this evening

For Hildon, the wallpaper is pretty characteristic for the UI https://postmarketos.org/static/img/2017-12/hildon-i9070.png https://postmarketos.org/static/img/2017-09-03/hildon.png

I wonder if someone could come up with a postmarketOS wallpaper that is somewhat similar to the original wallpaper. That way it would still be easy to recognize that this is Hildon

Consider temporarily drop background on Phosh, due to rotation of screen it looks like screen glitch, not an good state.

For this moment I dropped background to black color (even grey color caused same issues)
