samsung-espresso(10/7/3g/wifi) support

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 has quite some support in mainline and pmOS, this issue is mostly to track the bugs and features that are left to support.

• Test out if everything works fine on v21.12
• Fix display refresh rate - Seems like its fine on 10", have to test on other 7" models
• Fix annoying bug WiFi does not survive after reboots in #1211 (closed) ( !3130 (merged) Fixed)
• Use correct backlight values (with interpolation)
• iwd support
• Charger (smb136)
• extcon detection for type of charger based on stmpe adc values
• Check if sensors are working properly (any app for it?) hwtest

• Figure out and fix why plasma-mobile broke on edge
• Fix wlroots 0.14.1 to make it work on edge with phoc (Going to wait for phoc to update) phoc 0.21.0 works!
• Fix phoc after 23.12

http://pkgs.postmarketos.org/package/master/postmarketos/armhf/hwtest

sudo apk install hwtest. Run it with sudo hwtest, this gives some sensor information.

I don't have the tablet available right now, but I might try it later.

hwtest just says working or broken, for example autorotate works in phosh for me, but not in plamo
