linux-postmarketos-omap: new aport

The MR adds a common kernel package for all the omap devices that use mainline. Omap devices have great support in mainline and it does not make sense to have device specific kernel packages for those devices, hence a common kernel package.

It would be great to have other omap devices (droid4, otter etc.) also using this kernel.

TODO:

• Test on espresso3g/10
• Replace linux-* device specific packages with common package (Will do in a seperate MR once this gets merged)

Happened to also hit lzma: unrecognized option: 9 while building locally against edge, adding xz to makedepends fixed that though as expected.
