kde/kwin: add patch to handle properly framebuffer.

Add commit 93b7eea67db418751e7fe4a86bc19430c153588b from upstream kwin to fix blue screen issue in oneplus-bacon and samsung-klte.

Applying this commit is a better solution than MR !263 (closed) to fix the blue screen problem.

This patch should be removed once commit 93b7eea67db418751e7fe4a86bc19430c153588b ends up in kwin stable used by PostmarketOS.
