postmarketos-ui-hildon: set maintainer on all the related packages

As discussed with @PureTryOut, I want to step up to be a maintainer of Hildon-related packages and continue with #234 (closed).

Closes #373 (closed).

I mean, you are the original contributor of this package It should use the same info as the maintainer line though.
