Like quite a few other values being set to false, this one has a default
of false so can be safely removed.

device/*/*: enable deviceinfo_create_initfs_extra instead of depending on initramfs-minimal (MR 5636)

Make use of the new multi-stage initramfs rather than the minimal
variant, and inform mkinitfs that the initramfs-extra archive should be
created to save space.

won't fit.

Package was removed and is now included in boot-deploy.

This is now installed by postmarketos-base when appropriate.

Without this, pmbootstrap flasher flash_kernel fails as it tries to
flash the kernel to a partition called KERNEL, which does not
exist.
