xiaomi-santoni: gets modem to work on the device

I just installed the modem downstream meta package, a merge request to get it install on aarch64 is !360 (merged).

Anyway, after installing it, but also supplied the modem files, the modem doesn't start. All I get is a bunch of errors about OFONO_DRIVER and rmtfs launches with it erroring about /dev/qcom_rmtfs_mem1 not found.

Does anyone have any idea of getting modem to work? Thanks.
