Regain space after on-device installation
Automatically delete the pmOS_deleteme
partition left behind by the on-device installer, and enable PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE
for the PinePhone so it will grab the space and use it for the root partition, as soon as it is available. Details in the commit messages.

Testplan for qemu:
$ pmbootstrap zap -p
$ pmbootstrap config device qemu-amd64
$ yes | pmbootstrap install --ondev
$ pmbootstrap qemu
(complete the installation, set up ssh credentials, login via ssh)
$ df -h /
$ lsblk
(shows that no install partition remains, and all space is used for the root partition)
Testplan for pinephone (SD card):
$ pmbootstrap zap -p
$ pmbootstrap config device pine64-pinephone
$ yes | pmbootstrap install --ondev --sdcard=...
(plug sd card, complete the installation, set up ssh credentials, login via ssh or via serial console)
$ df -h /
$ lsblk
(shows that no install partition remains, and all space is used for the root partition)
Testplan for pinephone (eMMC):
- mix the above with these instructions
I've verified it myself with qemu and pinephone (SD card). I'll test it at least once with eMMC before we ship the final image (should not block the MR)
