kde/powerdevil: change libexec install path to reflect expected location in plasma-phone-components

Lets stop forcing it to /usr/lib when plasma-phone-components expects it in /usr/lib/libexec, where it's installed by default.

This MR resolves #224 (closed).

I tested this and it now installs org_kde_powerdevil binary correctly as /usr/lib/libexec/org_kde_powerdevil (not to /usr/libexec as mentioned in the description though).

Other Plasma binaries are also in /usr/lib/libexec, so..
