upgrade boot-deploy and postmarketos-mkinitfs to latest versions, supporting deviceinfo in /usr

Help testing this branch is appreciated, and since it could theoretically result in a non-booting system, it's advised to do this testing on a system that you can recover easily (or don't mind re-installing).

Changelogs for each are linked in the separate commit messages.
