device-samsung-gts210lte: fix so that xorg based UIs work again

Same fix as for samsung-crownlte in !3827 (merged). Also applied to samsung-dream in !4459 (closed).

Many (samsung only?) devices needs this fix. I'll test on the devices I own and submit MRs where applicable.
