device-samsung-dream: fix so that xorg based UIs work again

Same fix as for samsung-crownlte in !3827 (merged). Thanks @andrisas for finding and connecting the dots.

Fixes #2102 (closed).

Many (samsung only?) devices needs this fix. I'll test on the devices I own and submit MRs where applicable.
