postmarketos-ui-phosh: set pmos wallpaper

This sets the default wallpaper for phosh to the main postmarketOS one. This is basically the same as the way the mate package does it.

The wallpaper gets correctly set in gnome-settings but phosh doesn't seem to draw the wallpaper yet.

Do we know for sure if upstream is planing to draw the wallpaper that is defined there? If not, it would be great if you could reach out and ask for the proper place to set this.

This is information directly from the phosh developers, they just use gnome-settings in phosh and follow the same config keys, the current 0.3 release doesn't have wallpaper drawing implemented yet but it's in their current master.

Strong objection against it. When you rotate screen, it looks like something is broken (it's in 60% screen, rest is black),

when you rotate back, it's cut from bottom, so it looks ugly again. Place fix.
