samsung-fortuna: merge devices from fortuna3g, gprimeltecan and grandprimelte and maintain

Fixes #2646 (closed). Restores missing !4984 and replaces !4835 (closed).

Merge the following Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime devices into samsung-fortuna:

• samsung-fortuna3g Cc @SiddharthManthan
• samsung-fortunaltezt (firmware only due to armv7 architecture)
• samsung-gprimeltecan Cc @buddyjojo @WTechNinja
• samsung-grandprimelte (was samsung-gprimeltexx) Cc @haroldsoixante

Currently samsung-grandprimelte is missing before it gets applied in linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916.

When using msm8916-samsung-gprimeltecan device tree, it results in broken charger and battery fuel gauge, and seems to be unsafe.

Workaround the missing device tree with msm8916-samsung-fortuna3g instead, so it's safer with working charger and battery fuel gauge. However, the accelerometer and NFC are broken in return.
